Did we say Steak??? We meant Country Fried FILET MIGNON!! Set atop roasted garlic whipped Yukon Gold potatoes and finished with our roasted shallot cream sauce and Bordeaux demi glace.

Filet Mignon Sliders ~ $12
Filet Mignon tournedos basted with cabernet pan jus, set with baby spinach, roma tomato, baby chive, and our creamy apple-Dijon horseradish on soft rolls

Breast of Chicken au Vin ~ $16
Pan seared breast of chicken braised for hours in a special blending of red wines, roasted peppers & tomatoes, and caramelized Spanish onion, all set atop creamy tomato-tarragon risotto… An Allie's Specialty!!

½ Rack of New Zealand Lamb ~ $19
4 bone center-cut rack of lamb, marinated for 24 hours with fresh rosemary, garlic, and olive oil
Pan seared and slow roasted to perfection. Served with creamy roasted garlic whipped Yukon Golds then finished with fresh mint-reserve syrah pan jus


Sea Scallop Champignon ~ $19
Jumbo sea scallops, pan seared and set atop a garlic roasted Portabello cap, surrounded by Fusilli pasta tossed with fire roasted chiles, Greek Feta, Italian onions, Spanish olives, and our roasted tomato-basil sauce.

Blue Crab Stuffed Salmon Roulade ~ $18
Coho Salmon wrapped around blue crab meat stuffing. Pan seared and placed atop golden fried Gorgonzola polenta. Finished with braised pisto beurre blanc

Brasato ~ $29
Boneless short rib, caramelized and braised with Bordeaux and natural juices for at least 6 hours. Set atop creamy Gorgonzola-white corn polenta

Center Cut Tenderloin ~ $40
½ Pound center cut filet mignon seasoned and seared to preference, set atop creamy roasted garlic whipped Yukon Golds and laced with cabernet trois glacé

A blend of Coho salmon sautéed with roma tomato, shaved garlic, fresh leaf basil, Italian onion, roast Poblano chile, and whole milk ricotta wrapped inside delicate sheets of pasta.
Finished with aged Asiago and lemon beurre blanc
