Steve & Alicia Hamlin
Steve & Alicia (affectionately known as "Allie") met May 5th, 1996, and were
married December 6th, 1997. Allie is a second generation Fallbrookian and
Steve is a ninth generation San Diegan. Steve grew up in Point Loma and Allie
in Fallbrook. They moved to Murrieta in June of 1998, and now live in Temecula.
Allie began her career with Paragon Corporation in 1990, beginning as a
hostess, and working her way to the opening management team of the Temecula
Hungry Hunter as bookkeeper and management trainer.
Since losing her "Grannie" to Alzheimer's in May of 1998, Allie dedicates her
life to raising both money for, and awareness of Alzheimer's. Allie sits on
the governing board for the
George G. Glenner
Alzheimer's Family Centers, Inc.
and donates many hours to her own personal charitable fund "Put Your Hand in
Mine", in memory of her "Grannie" Ava A Thompson.
Through their "Put Your Hand in Mine" fund, Steve & Allie have been able to
donate more than $250,000.00 to the
George G. Glenner
Alzheimer's Family
Centers since 2000
Upon completing his apprenticeship in the culinary arts, Steve competed for 13
years in the culinary arts, and was named “Best Up and Coming Chef” and “Best
Chef in the West”. Since retiring from competition, Steve now sits on the
advisory board and teaches with San Diego State University ’s extended studies
program, and has dedicated his life to his charitable fund “ Sunrise / Sunset”.
In 2001, Steve & Allie ventured out on their own with their restaurant "Allie's
at Callaway", and created their personal gourmet foods line, "Vineyard Chef
Gourmet Foods".
In December of 2006 Steve and Allie brought their passion for food and wine
into your home with Allie's Catering & Special Events –
"If You Can Imagine It...We Can Create It!"
Now they are bringing Allie's Tapas au Vin – Wine Bar & Café to Temecula

Rachel Mason
Director of Catering & Service
Rachel joined the Allie's team in the summer of 2004. She is a second
generation Fallbrookian and has lived in Temecula since 2004.
Rachel started her hospitality career with Paragon Corporation in 1994 as a
hostess; she then moved on to opening and managing a Texaco Station and Mini
Mart in Fallbrook. After her time with the Texaco Corporation she joined Pala
Mesa Resort as a Front Desk Supervisor and ended her time as the Front Desk and
Reservations Manager. Last but not least, before joining Allie's, Rachel was
the Guest Service Manager for Rancho Bernardo Inn.
Although she enjoyed her time in the hospitality field, after the birth of her
first child she was looking for something more; which is why she is a part of
the Allie's family today.
Rachel now spends her time as the Director of Catering for Allie's Catering and
Special Events, the Director of Catering and Service for Allie's Tapas au Vin,
and with her family. Her passions are her family and work.
